We provide the opportunity for all learners to develop into responsible, self-aware, confident,and capable young people equipped to cope with the challenges of the 21st century.CTS believes Pastoral Care must form the basis of, and permeate, all aspects of the curriculum.We have a dedicated member of staff who takes responsibility for monitoring attendance, punctualityand progress. She also offers individual support to each learner, providing guidance and celebratingsuccess.Our Designated Person (Safeguarding) has the responsibility for supporting and encouraging theacademic and pastoral development of all learners. In CTS we adopt an ‘open door’ policy wherelearners always have someone to talk to. Mr Leo Quinn (Chairman) is our Designated Person and Miss Eileen McGee is our Deputy DesignatedPerson Officer.
